SantiGold... Is that You???

Santi White (aka SantiGold) represented at the ASCAP awards in California last night.. I must say, I didn't even recognize her! She usually has a very edgy avant-garde look-- similar to her music:

One of my favorite Santigold songs is "I'm a Lady"... It's laid back, almost retro-rock. But it has a modern twist.  The chorus goes: "And sometimes I like to wave it high, up where everyone can see, I'm a ladeyyyyyyyyyyyy. Got my mind made up, got my mind made up". Well she SURE made her mind up at these awards, ok? My girl is killing it!

Don't get me wrong, both looks work for her --  and that dress is certainly fire, and her hair is oh, so LAID. Go girl!
