I hope all you fashionistas and super-hawt diva's out there are hittin that gym, doing those squats, sipping that Perrier, and doing whatever else one does to get in shape... Cottage cheese is only acceptable wtih crackers! Lest we forget.... Happy gymin'!

Black History

Who said that Black women could not uphold the standard of beauty? I know I didn't. And neither did Italian VOGUE. Behold the cover of the largest-selling Vogue Magazine to date... Is it ironic that this is also the first issue of a high-fashion magazine of this calibur featuring all-Black models? Nope! It is what it is folks, and I must say I am proud. Although the issue was heavily criticized for having all-white ads, it was still a huge step for fashion and a huge step for Pan-African culture. Our broad noses, large lips, hips and thighs are a thing of beauty right along with the rest of the revered images of beauty from the past, and into the future!

Ready For Baby?

. Jessica Alba just popped out babygirl "Honor" on Sunday... I'm sure this has something to do with Naomi Campbell's new sentiment on childbirth. She's prolly thinking "If that ice queen biotch can give birth-- then so can I"! naomi, 38, had a cyst removed from her ovary late last year. I think she was at risk for not being able to rear a child, but the operation was successful and she fully recovered. She following to say to the press on the subject:

“Now I can have a child I would like one. I’m even willing to have one without a father. I know that I am ready. I know that with a baby I would change, I’d calm down. With a child you cannot accept compromises. You have to give your full self."

Interesting...Well, I guess if Nicole-richie, Ashlee Simpson, Jamie-Lynn Spears & Brit can do it... Jesus, please be an economy size box of condoms, or a ten-year supply of depovera... I beg you!

I should just call Friday random day... The random posting is getting out of control.. But I digress. The web has been swirling with photos of Naomi Campbell at her 38th birthday party in Cannes, France (on Diddy's yacht). Naomi IN TROUBLE.....AGAIN!

Once again, the infamous beauty-queen is in trouble with the law... I'm starting to think she likes the bad press she gets for these shenanigans! Naomi was on a Heathrow flight from London to the States yesterday, and one of her three carry-ons were missing (normal people are only allowed to bring 2 carry-ons, but I digress). She made a huge fuss with the flight staff-- so much so that the cops were called to escort her off the flight. When the police tried to escort her out of the airport, she assaulted him. She had also verbally and physically assaulted the flight staff. Apparently, she learned nothing from her prior brushes with the law... They might have to lock her pretty behind up for a while until she learns her lesson! This is getting ridiculous....

Naomi's Health Scare!

Many reports of supermodel Naomi Campbell's "mystery infection" has been put to rest. According to Perezhilton.com fashion diva has undergone surgery for an ovarian cyst. Last week she had gone in for a check up when doctor's found the cyst on her ovary. They explained that if she hadn't removed it now, it would have become inflamed and caused serious damage to her ovaries. Currently, Naomi is conscious and doing well. Friends say she should be out of the hospital in as little as 3 days... Whooopee!
