Rihanna Gets Revenge On Chris Brown!

The Dingbat Pleads: NOT GUILTY!

Yesterday, during Chris Brown's arraignment, he pleaded "not guilty" to two counts of assault against Robyn Rihanna Fenty. Rihanna was not in attendance, as she is currently in Barbados with her family. Her lawyer Donald Etra expressed that Rihanna hopes this does not go to trial, and she wants this to be over-with as soon as possible.

Chris was accompanied by his mother, four bodyguards and a handful of close friends... On his way to the proceedings, you could hear Rihanna fans heckling him from all around. It wasn't a good look at all. Chris is due back in court on April 29th. If convicted he can face the maximum penalty of 5 years in prison...

In other dingbat news, did y'all know that PLAXICO BURRESS was let go from the Giants? SMH. It's a bad week for ignorance, isn't it?

27% of you are on-the-fence about the situation. Possibly because there have been so many rumors as to what truly went down, you're not so sure what your opinion is... I dig it.

24% of you believe in your heart of hearts that Rihanna is a little crazy herself, and actually ENJOYS the abuse. After all, no one was forcing her to stay with the woman-beater-- and now we all know this is not the first time he's "layed the hands"... SMH.

Finally, 10% of you (and I really pray for y'all) believe that it's true love, and CB loves Rih-Rih and is just a misunderstood soul. While that could very-well be the case, I don't really buy it. CB is a young dude. Young, immature, rich and famous. I'm not sure if he even knows what love is, if that's how he is treating the lady in his life. He surely needs to fall back... Like 50 million feet.

I hate to bombard y'all with more CB/Ri-Ri news.. I just CAN'T ESCAPE IT!!! So-- the trial went down last week, but is being post-poned until April. Rihanna does not want an order of protection against Brown.. It would be kinda hard anyone considering that they are bumping uglies on a regular basis... Again...

My good friend Mo told me that the defense team is drafting up this cockamaie proposal that stipulates if Chris touches Rihanna again, he must pay her $10 million... Word? Can every battered woman in America get such treatment? Just wondering. That deifnitley seems more than a little bias on the justive system's side. IMO, if Ri-Ri is fool enough to go back to someone who would beat you within an inch of your life-- then damn it, suffer the consequences! Why get PAID for it? SMDH. Mandatory Chrianna Update.

I apologize in advance, but sometimes you gotta keep up with he Internet-Jones'. So here we go. Chris is expected to be arraigned in an LA court today with girlfriend Rihanna by his side. Chris was just formally charged with 2 felonies by The L.A. County District Attorney. One count of making a criminal threat and one count of felony assault both against Rihanna. Those charges can lend up to 9 years in prison. Chris will be arraigned at 3:30p this afternoon. Check out the latest:

CHRIS BROWN must be feeling great this week, as he waits to hear whether he is to be charged for an alleged attack on girlfriend RIHANNA. According to E! News, a blood-stained Gucci gown (identified as the one she was wearing en route to the Grammys) has been turned over to the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office as evidence. Nice. And it's also emerged that the LAPD filed an emergency protective order requested by Rihanna just hours after the attack, barring Brown from contacting her for five days. "It is standard practice for the cops to ask the domestic violence victim at the scene of the attack whether they would like an emergency protective order keeping the attacker away," Santa Monica criminal defence attorney ALEC ROSE told E! "If the victim requests it, the EPO is issued and is good for five days. After that time period the victim would have to notify the district attorney's office if they would like the order extended." Well, we already know she didn't bother with that. The couple flew back to California together on Monday after spending the weekend in Miami.

He's out in Miami right now with Rihanna, patching up their dysfunctional mess, and chilling in Diddy's manse. He is also recording at the famous "Hit Factory", working on his latest album... Rihanna & Chris Brown: OFFICIALLY BACK TOGETHER!

According to People.com Rihanna and Chris brown have reconciled and are spending time together at Sean "Puffy" combs Miami house on Star Island. The two are said to be happy and more in love than ever. I can't really say I'm surprised though. After all, love is blind.

Anger Mgm't & More Chrianna News...

So it's official. Chris Brown is in the tank until America can find some sympathy for his stupid ass and start paying to see him sing and dance again... He is taking anger management classes in an attempt to do some swift damage control... We'll see how that goes. The DA for the LAPD is now saying that their case against Chris is "too weak", and they will be pushing the court-hearing back indefinitely until they develop more of a case against him... Guess Ri-Ri's not being as cooperative as we thought she would...



In OTHER news, they are saying that Ri-Ri was preggers at the time of the beating, but never got a chance to let Chris know... Being that the source is "The Star" I'm not going to swear on this one-- but it sounded too juicy not to out on blast anyway...

Chris Brown Speaks Out For The First Time.

Chris Brown made a statement through his publicist. He says mistakes were made on his part, but the stories floating around the news and the internet are completely FALSE. He denounces them all. But he also says he is seeking the counsel of his pastor and his family to get him through this ordeal-- hopefully a wiser and softer person. I really do pray for him-- he is SO talented, it would be a shame for him to let this ruin his life. He is still young, and he can turn his life around easily at 19. He needs to count his blessings, and take the opportunity to get right... Right? Haha.

"Chris Has Abused Me Before", Rihanna Claims to LAPD

The folks over at Hollyscoop have revealed something I had initially speculated-- Chris has hit Rihanna in the past. Although they seemed so perfect, there was abuse and turmoil going on from the gate:

Chris Brown and Rihanna seemed like the perfect couple on the outside, but after his recent arrest for felony battery, we’ve learned that it wasn’t the first time Chris raised a hand on her.

According to Police reports, Rihanna claims that Chris has hit her in the past and she referred to it as an ongoing and escalating abusive relationship.

When Rihanna first spoke to LAPD she refused to tell them what started the argument that night. We’ve now learned that it was the result of another woman sending Chris a text message about meeting up later on in the night.

During the argument, according to the police report, she ordered him to drive her home and “faked a call” to someone, saying things like, “He’s dropping me off. Make sure the cops are there,” reports TMZ. This enraged Chris.

He then said something to the effect of “You are really fu**ed up now. I’m going to kill you.” That’s when Chris allegedly began his violent attack with his fists.

At some point during the attack Rihanna took the car keys out of the ignition and threw them outside. He reportedly went outside to look for them, and returned back to the car and allegedly choked her. That’s when she lost consciousness and a witness called 911.

Based on Rihanna’s statement and her injuries Chris will definitely face a felony domestic battery charge, but it’s unclear at this time whether or not that’s the only charge he’ll get because evidence that he made criminal threats against Rihanna is kind of thin.

Geez Loise, this is a mess. I wanted to give Chris the benefit of the doubt, but as things start to unfold, I feel less and less confident that he has a fighting chance. Poor Rihanna. Abusive relationships can definitely sneak up on you-- one day your happy, and the next your wearing glasses to hide black eyes. I'm glad this issue got so public-- there's no way Rihanna can go back to that (in her right mind) and even if she did-- she's got a whole nation of people that will STOP her!

Rihanna Beat Chris First, Chris & His Legal Camp Claim Self-Defense...

Chris Brown's legal camp is speaking out about the REAL story around the Crhianna fight. Apparently she started beating on him first! Here is the latest from the CB/Rhi-Rhi fiasco from the good folks at Bossip:

They were in the car leaving the Clive Davis party. While Chris was driving, he got a phone call from a young lady. Our source tells us that Rihanna knew that Chris had been messing around with this particular girl and she has, as of late, been the reason for many of their heated arguments. Rihanna got a glimpse of the phone, saw the name and number and immediately recognized who it was. She went ballistic and began to “beat the sh*t” out of Chris (while driving). She was so uncontrollable, that Chris began to fight back in self defense, which ensued the fight. Rihanna’s rage stemmed from Chris’ questionable fidelity in the last few months.

Wow. I gotta say that makes MUCH more sense than him just randomly beating the ish outta her.... But geez, I dunno. This kinda changes things. You start SERIOUSLY beating someone down while their DRIVING???? You can BOTH be killed.... KILLED!!!! I'd beat somebody's ass too if they did that to me-- true story. That's foolish and irresponsible-- not to mention irrational. Could this be why Rhianna did not cooperate with police? That would ALSO make more sense. Hmmmmmm. These developments are very disturbing, but then again-- this whole situation has been, from the gate. SMH. I'm not taking sides here. I just want to see what happens when the whole truth is out in the open...

Chris Brown Allegedly Assualts Rihanna! No Show at Grammy's.

Last night, Chris Brown turned himself into an LA county jail for assault and domestic violence. It's being speculated that the r&b pop star had an argument with pop-sensation-gilrfriend Rihanna, and haled-off and whooped her butt. Speculators are claiming that the fight resulted from Rihanna giving Chris herpes! Witnesses claim that they heard the two arguing angrily before the assualt occurred. Neither one showed up at the Grammy's last night where they were slated to perform....

I'm not sure how much of this story is speculation, and how much is true-- but Chris is about to lose a ton of fans for this one. The majority of his fan-base is female-- why would you ever hit a female... ESPECIALLY when you DEPEND on females to maintain your lifestyle, smh. It IS NEVER acceptable to let someone hit you. Ladies, I hope you are heeding these words. If someone lays their hands on you... GET OUT!

I try to discuss this couple as little as possible. I mean, everyone else does it for me, so why sweat over it... Right?
