Another One Bites The Dust: Sean Bell's Killers ACQUITTED!

The image above says it all, but let me reiterate. WHEN WILL THIS MADNESS END? How many innocent lives have to be taken by our nations "finest" before they are held responsible for their cowboy-like actions? The police officers that killed Sean Bell in 2006 the night before his wedding have been acquitted.


Sean Bell was an innocent and unarmed man-- very similar to Amadou Diallo who faced the same fate back in 1999 when he was shot in the back 41 times. The prosecution in this case is calling for a re-trial, and I hope they get one. There was no jury, and clearly the judge was sippin on the sysurp, because this is unjust, disgusting, disgraceful and disheartening. Someone has got to be made responsible for this unlawful death, and that someone is the NYPD. I am sick and tired of innocent African-American men being slaughtered in the streets like dogs for absolutely no reason. Is this 1968 or 2008? How? Why? When will it end?

She will never get a second chance... So why should they?

Super-Fabulous singer Corrine Bailey Rae experienced a terrible tragedy earlier this week. Her husband passed away from a suspected accidental overdose. Perezhilton.com had more to say on this subject:



British singer Corinne Bailey Rae has released a statement, almost a week after the sad death of her saxophonist husband of a suspected accidental drug overdose.
Says her reps:


“Corinne Bailey Rae and her family have been touched by the huge amount of love and support that's flooded in from all over the world, and that is really helping all of us cope at this terrible time. Corinne is also very grateful for the privacy she is being given and the respect that has been paid to herself and Jason.”

Nine People Murdered in Mall Shooting

On Wednesday, December 5th nineteen year old Robert A. Hawkings walked into an Omaha, NE mall and opened fire. Armed with a semi-automatic rifle, Hawkings killed 6 employees, and 2 civillians until he turned the weapon on himself.....

Reports claim that Robert was a troubled teen with a lot of problems. He had recently been fired from the local mcDonald's for stealing $17. His parents subsequently kicked him out of the house, and his girlfriend broke up with him. Apparently to his young and naive eyes, he didn't have much to live for. He ended up living with family friends. He left them a suicide note claiming "I want to go out in style".... excuse my french but, DAMN what a bastard. His behavior is cowardly, sick, senseless and vile. He deserves whatever he gets after this life, and let's just say I'm sure it won't be great. He killed innocent people for fun, and wasn't even brave enough to stick around for the consequences. When I hear things like this it makes me shiver with anger! My prayers and thoughts go out to the dead and wounded of this senseless act....

Kanye West's Mother Dies After Cosmetic Surgery

Donda West (58), passed away in a Los Angeles hospital yesterday due to complications with cosmetic surgery... Surely, this will hit Kanye hard who has had a very close relationship with his mother ever since his father abandoned him at 3 years old. Patricia Green (Donda West's publicist) would not confirm the type of cosmetic surgery Donda was having, nor the precise cause of death. She did say however, that West was a warm, kind spirit that everyone gravitated towards. Donda was a manager, mother and best friend to her son...





Donda retired from Chicago State University after 30 years of service back in 2004. She retired so that she could manage her son full-time. Yesterday upon hearing the news, Kanye flew into LA from London to be with family... Jay Z had a concert last night in which he payed homage to the West family stating: "Let's get serious for a minute. This show is dedicated to Kanye West who had a death in the family. We got you, Kanye. Stay strong." After that statement there was a minute of silence for the West and his family. I feel for the man. He's basically orphaned considering that his dad was a deadbeat. I wonder if he showed his face now, would Kanye even care? Hmmmmmm. Too bad, so sad. Hold ya head 'ye!
