This sicko imprisoned his now 43-year-old daughter (Elisabeth Fritzl) for over 24 years in his basement, and brutally raped and impregnated her. He lied to his family for decades saying that she had run away, and now DNA evidence shows that Josef himself wrote those letters and sent them to himself as "evidence" to his family. He even fooled his own wife telling her that the daughter had dropped the infants in front of their doorstep because she was unable to take care of them. The wife naively believed it, and authorities have no reason to believe she was an accomplice in the crimes. Fritzl showed little emotion in the courtroom this morning. Surprisingly he only faces a possible 15 years for rape charges. I personally feel he should rot for the rest of his life for what he has done to his family-- the will never be the same.
