Wow... This is the first that I'm hearing of Ms. Spears being knocked-up, and I'm not 100% sure, so this is PURELY SPECULATION. But from these pictures, it seems like either she has an under excercised beer gut, or an over-excercised thang-thang and got preggers yet again. What is even more disturbing is the fact that she is smoking a ciggarette as well. For her sake, I hope she just gained a few... Geez!
