Nick Hogan To Serve Hard Time!

Nick Hogan (Hulk Hogan's young son) has been sentenced to serve time for driving drunk last year, and crashing his vehicle. His friend (who was not wearing a seatbelt) sustained permanent injuries and brain damage. The parents sued and Nick has been sentenced. The 17-year-old was sentenced by a judge in Florida on Friday in his tragic car crash case and he will begin serving time immediately.The "Hulkster's" son plead no contest to reckless driving and this is the price he has to pay:

- 5 Years Probation
- 8 Months in Jail
- 500 Hours of community service, no buyout available
- 3 Years of Drivers License suspension
- No alcohol for 5 years
- DUI school completed within the first year of probation
- Paying court costs.

Wow. People are gettin community service like it's Christmas time, and Nick's lawyer says, "Nick is very happy with the way things turned out"... Yeah... I'm sure he is!
