The prosecution's key witness (Lisa Van Allen) finally testified according to Perez Hilton, and unless Kelly believes he can fly, or his defense team can perform miracles, it's about to be a wrap. She identifed the young girl as being 13 years old, and she identified Kelly as the man in the tapes. She confirmed details about his anatomy and revealed that he often carried tapes of his sexual exploits in a duffel bag. The duffel bag went with him to the studio, video shoots and even the gym! Sick. Van Allen testified that during one of the 3 menage-a-trois episodes she broke down in tears. She felt sorry for the little girl and how she was being exploited (though that didn't stop her from rollin with it 3 times... but I digress). She claims she was paid over $20,ooo by Kelly's manager for the release of the sex tapes. The defense tried to discredit Van Allen by getting her to confess that she stole a Rolex from Kelly and only complied with the courts in this case to get a plea deal for her criminal baby-daddy.... yet and still, I doubt those factors can sway the judge and jury in this case. Kelly is guilty as sin. Karma is a biotch, what happens in the dark always comes to light [fill in your own cautionary cliche here], and all that good stuff....
