John Gotti Jr. is in for the fight of his life... LITERALLY. The man who's famous father was the head-boss of the Gambino Crime Family (John Gotti Sr.), has certainly "inherited" the business. Junior is facing a slew of charges according to WNBC.com. He is currently being held without bail and he faces 3 counts of murder conspiracy, cocaine traffic charges and racketeering charges. If found guilty, Gotti will serve the rest of his natural life in the slammer.
He was apprehended on Tuesday from his Long Island home. The hearing will be in Florida, where most of these charges stem from. The mafia boss was denied bail and authorities had the following to say:
"For the last 25 years, Gotti and other members of the Gambino organized crime family allegedly engaged in an array of criminal conduct including murder, robbery, bribery, kidnapping, extortion, gambling, illegal drug trafficking, loan sharking, collecting unlawful debts, jury tampering, victim and witness tampering, burglary, home invasions, aggravated assaults and batteries and money laundering," said Tampa U.S. Attorney Robert O'Neill.
Wooooow. Another one bites the dust. I guess that what they say is true kids: CRIME DON'T PAY!
