Mama Spears Co-Signs On Britney's Craziness

...and I'm not talking meltdowns. In Lynne Spears new tell-all book, "Through The Storm", she gives juicy and scandalous details into Britney's private life. She claims that Britney started drinking at 13, and started having sex at 14. In fact, she lost her virginity at the tender age of 14 to the 18-year-old quarterback of her high school. Justin Timberlake later stated in an interview in 2003 that he knew for a fact that Britney had lost her virginity eons before their romance. But for publicity's sake, they kept up the "saving myself 'til marriage" charade. Lynne also claims that Britney started experimenting with drugs at 15, and when she was 16 got caught on a private jet with marijuana and cocaine.... Lynne doesn't want to take all the bad-parenting credit though. She blames most of Britney's behavior on the negative people around her trying to over-sex her and her image through raunchy videos... I'm sorry, but when did parents suddenly lose the ultimate veto-power when it comes to their kids? Way to pass-the-buck Lynne. SMH.

Wow. I mean, we knew Brit had a terrible year in '07 and just completely spiraled out of control, but who knew how scandalous she was when she was perpetrating as "America's Sweetheart"? This is a prime example of why we should never take things for face-value. You never can tell what is truly lurking just beneath the surface....
