82% of the World...


...says we should vote "Obama-Biden '08", and so do I. Everyone from Brazil, to Russia and even Holland has chimed in,and the overwhelming response is clear. We NEED Obama. RIGHT NOW!

After leaving the polls today (crisp and early at about 6:45 am), I just felt this incredible energy... Like all our doubts and fears will be gone in a matter of a few hours (or days-- depending)... This 2-year campaign has finally come to an end, and in my eyes it all ended from a simple push of a lever. I love how NYC hasn't changed it's polling system to the electronic ones (at least not in Brooklyn). I find it comforting to know that my vote won't get "lost" or "discounted" because of some "initializing" or "buffering" gone-wrong. I'm a little nostalgic because this officially marks the ending of my election-series posts. I'm just hoping it's the RIGHT ending...There is still hope in my heart, and the future in my eyes for this nation. We can do this. We can get right. We got hope. Here's to hope, and a lot more of these moments:
