I nabbed this classic snapshot from the good folks at Bossip, and I must say I am feeling a mixture of nausea with a twinge of the lightheartedness of a schoolgirl... It's a very strange mix... But i digress. Just what exactly was Tiffany "New York" Pollard thinking about when she wore this get-up to her "Z-list" birthday bash in NYC? Was she:

a. trying to re-enact Britney's "crazy" days?
b. just getting out of the open-call auditions for Pepto-Bismol?
c. a recent reject from Willie Wonka's Chocolate Factory?
d. trying her best to live up to her "media-whore" standards?

I dunno people, it's anyone's guess. SMH.
