This is has-been actress mischa barton on vacation in Australia. She says her vacation was ruined becaue of this picture. She was attempting to sunbathe topless on the beach, and Jamie Fawcett who she calls "a ridiculous man" had gotten on a speed boat just to get close enough for these candid shots... It begs the question: have they gone too far? When a d-list celebrity has to be afraid to flaunt hteir cottage cheese thighs out in the world.... I think it is!
